Matt was an excellent people person, and that's rare now days in the industry. Aside from that, my sandwich was AWESOME!

We used to order here at least once a week. But the last month or so, its really, REALLY gone down hill.  The Matt guy that a previous reviewer mentioned is gone - one of the workers said he was fired - and they have turnover almost weekly.  Two times this month we've gone there at about 7pm - and it's closed, door locked, lights out.  A new guy was in there today.  He literally dropped a meatball on the floor ...said "Oh shi* ha ha"...and proceeded to pick it up to actually put it BACK IN OUR SANDWICH.  What the actual ****??? For the first time EVER, we actually CALLED a restaurant chain customer service number to complain.  Profusely.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I don't know what was worse, what looks like a bullet hole in the window, the dirty interior, or the inattentive staff. I was standing there for 15 minutes while waiting to even be acknowledged. Finally when he did acknowledge me, he was rude and told me they didn't have any flat breads or Italian herb and cheese. Then went to help someone else. I understand things can get stressful. But it doesn't take much to greet someone or apologize for an inconvenience. To make matters worse another employee was watching this all happen and didn't say anything. Instead he left his coworker alone to make three sandwiches and help another guest. I also made the bad mistake of using their bathroom to wash my hands before I left. It was disgusting. I felt more dirty than when I walked in. Finally I had enough and left to go to a different subway.

    Definitely will not be back

    Holy Ghetto!
You know how they say "this chain restaurant is just like all the other chain restaurants?"  Not in this case. Who I assume was the manager (she was telling the other two workers how to make sandwiches) was wearing slippers. Who bothers getting fully dressed for work anymore?
Anywho... got our sandwiches and sat down to eat. Not two bites in two ladies came in and ordered. The manager put the radio on. It was 2 Chainz something about wanting a well endowed derrière. I suddenly realized how I was enjoying the silence.
One of the customers recommended a Christian radio channel. Then the manager changed the station to static. Yes. Static. If she can't get her 2 Chainz on, all shall suffer!
The two ladies I mentioned before both took their orders to go. Then the gossip commenced. The workers gossiped about other workers. And not like in the back. On the sandwich line for God and country to hear. Not professional at all. Not sure why all the gossiping when tables could've been cleaned and the floors could've been swept. Oh yeah, it wasn't the cleanest.
I was just surprised how ghetto that 20 minute meal got. I didn't know that was possible.

Subway's chicken salad with oil and vinegar hit the spot for dinner.  Following The Camp FDTI.
